Terms of Use

1. License grant

When you buy a product, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it under these terms. Ownership and copyright remain with us. What you purchase is the right to use the software, not the software itself.

Each license may be used on up to three computers at a time. You can manage your activations from your account.

2. What you make with it

We claim no rights over any audio or music you produce using our products. Use it commercially or otherwise, with no royalties and no obligation to credit us.

3. What you may not do

We may revoke a license without notice if these terms are breached.

• Redistribute, lend, sell or transfer the product or its license information to anyone else
• Publish or share license keys or license files
• Decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the product
• Circumvent, disable or modify the license activation mechanism
• Use the product for unlawful purposes

4. Your account

Please register with accurate details. Purchases are tied to your account, so if you register with an address you cannot receive mail at, you will not be able to receive your products.

Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. Change it promptly if you believe someone else may know it. Changing your password signs you out on every device.

5. Payment and refunds

Prices are those shown on each product page. Payment is handled by PayPal.

Because these are digital products, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. If a product does not work correctly, please contact support. We will investigate and either fix the problem or refund you.

6. Service continuity and your licenses

We may change or discontinue the service.

However, licenses that have already been issued keep working even if our servers go away. Activation issues a signed license file that your computer verifies locally — the plugin does not contact our servers each time you use it. It is designed that way so that our circumstances never take your product away from you.

If the service ends, you would no longer be able to activate new computers or re-download installers. We recommend keeping a copy of your installers.

7. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that a product is fit for your particular purpose or will run in any particular environment. System requirements are stated on the product page.

We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the products, except where caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product concerned.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. Revisions take effect when published on this page. We will email you about significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute in the first instance.
